    Salt Lake City, UT

Whether you’re hoping to connect more deeply with your Basque roots, communicate with family and friends, or just enjoy the social vibe, these classes are for you.

Classes are held twice a month from September through May, on the 5th and the 20th, regardless of the day of the week those dates fall on. Each session will focus on conversational Euskara with themes like gastronomy, travel, music, sports — whatever sparks interest in the group. The goal is to keep it engaging, useful, and fun! The format will be an open style that will accommodate both serious learners (who are encouraged to attend regularly) and the social/curious (who are welcome to drop by for any session).

A minimum donation of $5 per class is requested but not required. Donations help fund handouts, snacks (pintxos!), and wine. Classes will be in person at Sonia’s home from 6:00 PM - 8:00 PM, but a Zoom option will be available in the winter and for those with special circumstances.
